Under the false assumption that I was done with plate nuts for a while, the next instruction is to prepare and attach two K1000-4 plate nuts to the forward side of the spar.  It took me a while to ensure that I had the right plate nuts.  They are detailed on DWG. 11.  Ooh, yeah, I could not find where the print(s) or the instructions stated which size rivets to use when attaching these plate nuts. 

These plate nuts are installed such that the flush head of the rivets securing these plate nuts are facing aft.  In later construction, center section vertical bar (F-704G) will go between the W-706 front spar assembly and the F-704E center section 5/8 bar.  In plain english, this means a bar will be placed over these rivets as a spacer when bolting the wings to the fuselage.

This must not have been to much of a problem with other builders.  I couldn't find any other references by builders web sites I frequently check.   Ooh well, I figured it out it just took me time to ensure I wasn't going to make any mistakes...
